The dietary supplement URINOSALM contains a combination of ayurvedic herbs that help maintain the functional capacity of the kidneys and urinary system, normal process of formation and elimination of urine, thus maintaining the health of kidneys and urinary tract. URINOSALM helps maintain the normal pH, composition and volume of urine, supporting the urinary tract in case of infections or in case of tendency of forming kidney stones. Suggested dose: As a dietary supplement,  half an hour before meals or one hour after meals for minimum 30 days (up to 3 months).

Children above 5 years: take 1 (one) tablet two times a day.

Adults: take 1-2 (one to two) tablets three times a day.

• Piper cubeba (Cubeb, Kankola) – increases diuresis and decreases inflammation of the urethra. Increases blood circulation. Has antioxidant (neutralize free radicals) effect due to its rich content in polyphenols.
• Boerhaavia diffusa (Punernava) – root extract at low doses (10-250 mg/kg body weight) acts as a diuretic and in high doses (300 mg/kg body weight) inhibits diuresis. Supports the elimination of kidney stones and prevents their further formation. It has antibacterial action supporting the kidney and urinary tract in case of infections.
• Phyllanthus urinaria (Bhumyamlaki) – has antispasmodic effect on urinary tract, moderately increases diuresis and favors the elimination of urinary calculi. In liver, it increases the secretion and discharge of bile and supports the elimination of gallstones. Supports detoxification of the body by removing toxins from the kidneys and hepatobiliary system. Inhibits replication of hepatitis B virus (by inhibiting DNA polymerase).
• Crataeva nurvala (Varuna) – the herb contains phytonutrients which support reduction in the formation of renal calculi by increasing diuresis, lowering the pH towards acidic and preventing urinary tract crystallization.
• Achyranthes aspera (Apamarga) – is nephroprotective, increases diuresis and eliminates toxins from the body. Inhibits the formation of kidney stones.
• Bergenia ligulata (Paashaanbhed) – increases diuresis and inhibits the process of crystallization and growth of calcium oxalate crystals in the urinary tract. Increases elimination of magnesium via urine.
