Vetiveria Zizanioides is a perennial plant of the grass family, native to India. Vetiver is a tall plant that grows in groups similar to grass, having long and fragrant leaves with a group of underground roots. Vetiver can grow up to 1.5 meters. The stems are tall, leaves are long, thin and rigid. Unlike most grasses, vetiver roots grow massively vertical and reach a depth of 4 meters. Its seeds are fertile.
